Environment Education Linked Degree Courses Will Open New Path: Sunita Mantri
Focus will remain on the field related to Education and Environment: Dr. Patnaik
Jaipur. Enkay Enviro Services Private Limited (EESPL) and Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) will initiate degree courses related to environmental management. A significant meeting took place on Friday at Hotel Hilton Jaipur, where mutual agreement was reached on collaboration for incubation and innovation in environmental management.
Chairman and Managing Director of Enkay Enviro Sunita Mantri, and Vice Chancellor of ICFAI, Dr. Jagnnath Patnaik, discussed collaboration for environmental-related initiatives during the meeting and both institutions agreed to collaborate by signing relevant documents. It is noteworthy that Dr. Patnaik is a well-known educator and administrator in the country. He serves as the Chief Education Coordinator of the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi. Dr. Jagnnath Patnaik is also the former Vice Chancellor of Sain't Rene Descartes University and has served as Vice Chancellor in several national and international universities.
During this period, Dr. Patnaik mentioned that ICFAI University is active in many states of the country in the field of education and a memorandum has been reached with Enkay Enviro for overall development in the field of environment and education. He said that this step will establish new dimensions of success in the coming times. This will prove to be a milestone in the education and environmental sector of the state. Along with this, there will be changes in the state's economic and social system.
Chairperson and Managing Director of Enkay Enviro, Sunita Mantri, said that this agreement will open a new path for the country in terms of degree courses related to environmental education. Before this, no university has been established on the subject of environment, which does not have degree courses related to the environment. This MOU will not only bring a new revolution in the field of education but will also work towards discovering new technologies and improving the current environmental situation.
