Inauguration of the Five-day National Security Module for Indian Statistical Service Batch - 2025
Jaipur, – The five-day National Security Module for 31 officers of the Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Batch -2025 was inaugurated today at the Central Detective Training Institute (CDTI), Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D), Jaipur.
According to CDTI Director, Dr. Amandeep Singh Kapoor, The inaugural session was graced by Shri Anuj Mathur, VSM, Maj Gen (Retd), Indian Army, as the Chief Guest.
Dr. Amandeep Singh Kapoor introduced the trainee officers to the broad themes and topics that will be covered during the training programme at CDTI Jaipur. These include key aspects of national security, inter-agency coordination, and emerging internal security challenges.
Chief Guest Shri Anuj Mathur, VSM, Maj Gen (Retd), shared his insights with the ISS officers and provided a brief analysis of national security issues. He encouraged the officers to develop a comprehensive perspective on internal and external security challenges facing the nation.
The training module will provide ISS trainee officers with a deeper understanding of national security concerns and equip them with knowledge to contribute effectively in their respective roles.
